KEITH A. WENTWORTH
PRESIDENT
After 27 years with DGI, Keith Wentworth took over ownership of DGI and stepped into the role of company President. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College. Keith has over 20 years of experience in commercial and industrial metal building design/build construction.
Keith is a third generation Butler builder and has completed full training for Butler Master Order Writing, Comprehensive Product Training, Butler Advantage Construction Software, and AutoCAD programming. Keith is also a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor.
Keith is the Past President of the Board of Directors of the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association New England Chapter and Past President of the National Board, recipient of The MBCEA Oil Can Award, which recognizes outstanding service to the metal building industry and their contributions to MBCEA and Metal Buildings Institute (MBI) and was inducted into the Metal Building Hall of Fame in 2024.
STEVEN R. WEBSTER
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Steven Webster has over fourty eight years of experience in commercial and industrial design/build construction. Steve is the Executive Vice President of Dutton & Garfield, Inc., founded in 1970.
Steve is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Civil Construction. He is the former President of the National Board of the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association and the former President of the Metal Building Institute. Steve is a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor.
Steve Webster is a second-generation Butler Builder. His father, Bob Webster, of Channel Building Company, served on the Butler Advisory Council during the 1980’s. Steve was also appointed to the Butler Advisory Council for two successive appointments from 1997 through 2001. He is now a member of the Butler Falcon Club.

EVAN BOCHES
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
With a background in residential construction and real estate, Evan is always seeking better, more efficient ways to build and manage projects. He values transparent communication and collaborative problem-solving throughout the project life cycle. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Evan is eager to expand his knowledge across all areas of the industry. As a proud member of the DGI team, he brings enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn—especially when it comes to understanding metal building systems and sharpening his project management skills. Outside of work, you’ll find him surfing, skateboarding with friends, or hiking with his dog, Kaya.
SUSAN J. MATSON
CONTROLLER/CORPORATE SECRETARY & TREASURER
Susan has over thirty-six years experience in commercial and residential construction. Prior to joining Dutton & Garfield, Sue spent twenty-six years with CG&M Construction Company of Tewksbury, MA as their accountant and benefits manager. She also provided accounting services for Whitecliff Manor Realty which owned and managed five hundred apartment units in the Lowell/Dracut area.
Susan holds a B.S. in Business Education from Salem State College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from New Hampshire College (Southern New Hampshire University). She has served as Treasurer of the Timberlane Music Association, Holy Angels Parish Finance Committee and is currently Treasurer of the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Luke the Evangelist Parish in Plaistow, NH.
TERRY AKASHIAN
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Terry Akashian has over 25 years’ experience working in the construction industry. Prior to joining Dutton & Garfield, Inc., Terry was the office manager for SNF Crane Service, LLC. for 14 years, she also provided office management for Maverick Electric and Akashian Electric. Her background includes Accounting, Office Administration, Scheduling, Customer Relations. In her free time she enjoys painting in both Watercolor & Acrylic, working in her garden and spending time with her two children.
