Job Overview: Dutton & Garfield, Inc. (DGI) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong expertise in Design-Build, metal building systems, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement
- Managing submittals, RFIs, contracts, and project documentation
- Coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and municipalities
- Overseeing cost control, change orders, and financial reporting
- Conducting site observations, quality control, and project oversight
- Leading client meetings and ensuring clear communication
Qualifications:
- 7+ years with a commercial general contractor
- Experience in metal building construction (Butler is a plus)
- Strong background in Design-Build projects
- Experience with Procore & Bluebeam are a plus
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
